Hallo

normaly the BIOS is ok , only if you tried a update and the Notebook freeze during update the BIOS will be defekt.
Due to your actions to Flash the BIOS ..... i think you have 2 Problems now.
A defect Bios
and the Fault of Black Screen.

If you have no experiance in Notebook Mainboards you have no chance to reanimate this Board. May you try to find a new Board.

Is this NB bought in Germany ?
send me the Serial Number of the Notebook.
So may i can check a working BIOS file

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply, for more information, the laptop was working, I updated with windows 10 and then it happened. So what I did, I removed the bios chip out from motherboard and programmed with USB Programmer CH341A Series Burner Chip 24 EEPROM BIOS LCD Writer 25 SPI Flash and the bios.rom file I got from this link. DOWNLOAD DE DRIVERS - Toshiba

Once it didn't work, then I tried lot other method, with USB and removing battery, ram but nothing is working. The laptop is turning on keep the keyboard light stays on. I believe I did something wrong or I don't know.

The NB bought in Portugal and doesn't have any warranty. And the serial number is below:
PART NO: PSC1YE-003015EP
S/N:8B012401K

Thanks again, please help me if you can.

If the Files are to long cut with a Hex editor at the End to the max Size / last Adress of the Chip

Usage on own Risk

if you never changed something at the ec --- do not touch the EC

Only flash th BIOS.Rom (8 Pin SOIC 200 mil ) and reset the CMOS Akku ( short it 5 Seconds )

Hi,
The file is tool long, when I open it says "file beyond length will be ignored" and I really don't know how to cut with a hex editor at the end to the max size / load address. I'm so sorry to disturb you that much. Please what I can do, is there any way to flash from USB or can you cut it and make it the right size or anything else. Sorry again and thanks very much.

Hi,
Sorry I should be more specific. The programmer writing on the chip, verification is good as well. After I put the chip back on the Motherboard nothing changed. The problem is same, everything turning on like before and black screen, I'm sure the lcd is good, coz I check with external monitor but no video on the external monitor as well and it was working until I upgraded with windows 10 . So it is turning on I can see the lights, on motherboard battery is charging, power light on fan is working keyboard light stays on and black screen.

You have to try it once with UMA File and once with DIS File.
only one of the Files will work.
It can take up to 60 seconds until you have Picture at a working Mainboard. And sometimes serveral new Starts.
A Indicator for a working BIOS is that the NOM Key on the Keyboard have Funktion
And the Behavior of the Fan. If the Fan is stupid on ... the BIOS do not work or is stoped by a other Failure.
If Num Works and the Fan Spin up fast and then slow down or stop the BIOS seem to be ok.
Do not forget the CMOS reset between the Tries.
