Conexant 20585 SmartAudio HD / Microsoft UAA Bus driver for definition Audio

Hi,

I finally setup unofficial my Qosmio X500-140 under Windows XP with all needed driver for this chipset and others build in hardware's
and works all properly. But by the next restart, in the device manager, is the "Conexant 20585 SmartAudio HD" not listed under audio device anymore. To get the sound work back again, have to disable in the device manager the "Microsoft UAA bus driver for high definition Audio" and enable it. Right after the "Conexant 20585 SmartAudio HD" it appears in the audio device again and the sounds working again.

By the way I have two entry of the "Microsoft UAA bus driver for high definition Audio". The first one is responsible for the nVidia high definition audio, the second entry is for the "Conexant 20585 SmartAudio HD".

This is the crazed way to get the sound chip to work under Windows XP. Any Ideas why Windows XP system does not automatically initial the conexant audio drivers?
